中学体育教师教学价值取向研究——基于社会性别理论的思考
A Gender Theory Based Study on the Value Orientation of PE Teaching in Middle Schools

摘要(Abstract):

国内外学者着重研究师生关系与学生中的性别差异的教育问题,而忽视了从源头上探究教师在课堂教学价值取向中存在的性别差异。因此,本文运用问卷调查法和访谈法,基于社会性别理论的角度对中学体育教师关于课程教学价值取向产生的差异、差异的优劣影响、产生成因进行探讨。数据采用SPSS进行处理分析。研究发现女教师的课堂教学价值取向偏向LP和SA,而男教师偏向DM和LP。女教师在课堂中多劝导的方式与学生交流,主张发展学生自我实现、社会责任担当、自我人格等能力,而男教师课堂以教授技能为主培养学生体育兴趣,力求培养学生终生体育的意识。性别差异受社会性别制度影响小。产生成因有体育教师人力资源的管理与分配;女教师价值取向受"母性"角色影响;社会性别化的亲属关系影响两性教师婚后衡量事业——家庭重心。
Domestic and foreign scholars often focus on the education of teacher-student relations and gender differences in students, ignoring the exploration of gender differences in classroom teaching about the value orientation. In this study, based on the perspective of the gender theory, the questionnaire survey and interview methods were used to investigate differences in the value orientation of middle school physical education teachers. Raw data were processed and analyzed by SPSS. Our results found that the value orientation of female teachers in classroom teaching was LP and SA, whereas that of male teachers was DM and LP. Female teachers usually employed persuasive methods to communicate with students, and advocate the development of students' self-realization, social responsibility and self-personality. On the other hand, male teachers mainly focused on teaching skills to cultivate students' interest in sports and strives to cultivate students' awareness of sports for life. Gender differences were found to be less affected by the gender institution. Main reasons for these differences were(i) the management and distribution of human resources of physical education teachers;(ii) the value orientation of female teachers influenced by the role of "maternal"; and(iii) the gendered kinship affected by the focus of the career-family measurement of male and female teachers after marriage.
