铝负载螯合树脂的筛选及其氟吸附性能研究
On Selecting Al-loaded Chelating Resin and Study of its Fluoride Removal Capacity

摘要(Abstract):

以羧基型、氨基磷酸型和氨基二乙酸型阳离子交换树脂(D113,D412及D751)为载体,制备了3种载铝树脂(Al-D113,Al-D412及Al-D751),并进行酸碱稳定性、氟吸附性能比较,筛选出Al-D412。考察了pH及温度对Al-D412除氟效果的影响,测量不同温度下的氟吸附等温线,并对D412树脂进行载铝、除氟前后的电镜能谱分析和红外表征。结果表明,pH对吸附剂除氟有较大影响,在最佳条件下(pH为5,温度为40℃)Al-D412的氟饱和吸附量达到191.6 mg·g~(-1)。热力学数据表明吸附过程符合Langmuir模型,是自发的吸热反应。
Three types of cation exchange resins, carboxyl cation exchange resin, phosphoramidic resin, and imino-diacetate resin, were employed in this work to exchange with Al~(3+) cation to prepare Al-loaded resins Al-D113, Al-D412, and Al-D751, respectively. The pH stability and defluorination capacity of these three Al loaded resins were compared. Based on the test results, Al-D412 resin was selected to remove fluoride ions from solution. The impact of the pH value and temperature on defluorination of Al-D412 was investigated, and the structure of Al-D412 before and after Al~(3+) loading and defluorination was analyzed by FTIR and SEM-EDS. Our results show that different pH values had a considerable influence on the defluorination capacity of Al-D412. And the maximum loading of F~- is 191.6 mg·g~(-1) under optimum conditions(a solution pH value of 5 at temperature of 40 ℃). The fluoride adsorption result was explained using the Langmuir isotherms, with which the calculated thermodynamic parameters demonstrate that the fluoride adsorption is spontaneous and endothermic.
